Okazja: imieniny Bartka i urodziny Weroniki
Ingredients:
- 7 eggs (room temperature)
- 1 cup (200 g) of sugar
- 1 cub (144 g) wheat flour
- 1/3 cup (50 g) potato flour (I used corn flour)
Put baking paper on the bottom of baking form (radius 25-26 cm), do not put anything (paper nor butter) on the sides
Preheat the oven to 180 C (top and bottom without thermoregulation)
Beat white of the eggs.
After its stable add sugar spoon by spoon still beating.
Next, still beating, add yolks. Beat for about 5-10 min until the foam is thick and fluffy. The longer you beat the better.
Add flour in three rounds, each time mix very shortly on the low speed until it mixes.
Pour the mixture into the form and bake 35-40 minutes.
Remove straight away from the oven.
After around 15 minutes turn around so the top is now facing the table, and leave for another half an hour.
Cut out the sides and wait until it cools completely.
Cut in three parts. You can use leftover crumbles to further decoration.
I used two different recipes for the cream. Both were based on the mascarpone cheese and the cream with different proportions. The one inside worked out great, the one on the top came out too liquid. I might have used the wrong cream for the second one so I need to experiment with it a bit more.
